Beautiful and well restored stone house overlooking the old town of Pićan and nature. The house is located on the outskirt of a small village, which guarantees complete privacy and relaxation. On the ground floor there are: spacious tavern with kitchen and fireplace, which has its own entrance through the typical istrian vault, and a toilet and living room with staircase for the high attic. In the high attic there are two bedrooms, one with a terrace, and a bathroom. In front of the house there is a swimming pool and a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace, overlooking the beautiful nature. The house is 4.5 km away from Gračišće, and from the sea 31 km (Rabac), 39 km to Rovinj and 48 km to Pula. GRAČIŠĆE is the centre of the Gračišće Municipality. The well preserved landscape has encouraged a few households to engage in agrotourism. The traditional commitment to wine production, on the other hand, has given rise to an already popular annual Exibition of the Wine of Central Istria. The beauty and singularitiy of cultural and historical monuments located in the preserved landscape are the greatest value of Gračišće. The town is visited by more and more visitors, not only for the traditional Exhibition of the Wines of Central Istria on Easter Monday, the Festival of the Harmonica in May, St. Vitus Feast and Maneštra (traditional Istrian soup) festival in June... Many enthusiasts often come to this town to feed on the tranquillity inundating streets lined with old architecture and converging at the tall bell tower and the parish church, both from the 18th century.
