Pomer, a place in southern Istria, about 5 km southeast of Pula. It is located in the municipality of Medulin. In the protected part of the Medulin Bay, in the settlement of Pomer, you will find a pebble and rocky beach where everyone will find a quiet place either in the sun or in the shade of the pine trees. Pomer is a favorite camping destination, and in addition to enjoying swimming, it offers the possibility of having fun with some of the numerous water sports. This project consists of 2 connected buildings. One building is a house with a swimming pool, and the other building has three apartments. Estimated completion date is July 1, 2023. Not far from the center of Pomer, in a residential area, there is this beautiful new building consisting of 3 residential units. It is 500 meters from the first beach. The apartment of 85.00 m2 is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms and a covered terrace. It is currently under construction and the completion date is 07/2023. The apartments will be equipped with top-quality materials, and at this stage it is possible to agree on installation as desired. All rooms have underfloor heating. Aluminum carpentry with mosquito nets has been installed, ceramics are planned for the floors. The apartment comes with two parking spaces.
