ISTRIA, VALTURA - Two houses on a beautiful property Valtura is a small town in Istria located in the municipality of Ližnjan, just a few kilometers from Pula. It is best known for its proximity to the archaeological site of Nezakcij, the capital of the Illyrian people of Histria. The limestone of the same name extracted here is used for cladding interior and exterior surfaces. The village is home to the neo-Gothic Church of St. John (from ), whose unique 28-meter bell tower is built in the shape of an octagon.
