The 'intelligent room' system controls the entire facility from the reception, based on temperatures, occupancy, and the passage of guests and staff. At any time, it is possible to know if any windows or front doors are open. It is also known exactly where each cleaning lady is, when and how long she has been in each room. The system automatically turns off the air conditioning if either a door or window is open.
