The 'intelligent room' system controls the entire facility from the reception, based on temperatures, occupancy, and the passage of guests and staff. At any time, it is possible to know if any windows or front doors are open. It is also known exactly where each cleaning lady is, when and how long she has been in each room. The system automatically turns off the air conditioning if either a door or window is open. HOUSE NEXT TO THE HOTEL The house has a floor area of 125 m2, which on 2 floors makes a total of about 220 m2. It consists of 5 studio apartments of approximately 20 m2 that are rented as private accommodation and has one private apartment of approximately 65 m2 where the owners live. When the hotel was built, an old house with pipes from the hotel's air conditioning system was entered, so that it is possible to combine the facilities into a single unit in the future.
