BREST, UČKA. AGRICULTURAL LAND - High potential agricultural land for a farm, family estate, weekend retreat or Robinson type camp. The land is situated in the very center of Nature Park Učka, access is 3.5 km through forest macadam from the new visitor center on Poklon or from the direction of Brest from the Istrian side. The land is in one piece, a whole. It borders on one side with an access road (macadam). South, south-west oriented, with a wonderful view of Vojak, and the whole of southern and western Istria. In the center of the land there is a sinkhole of 660 m2, with fertile čićarija land, surrounded by a dry wall. There are several separate, beautiful micro-locations on the terrain, which makes it interesting and diverse (pine forest, white mountain groves, sinkhole, pasture, stony part with aromatic plants, fruit trees,...).
