U cijenu je uključen PDV, a kupac ne plaća porez na promet nekretnina. Dinamika plaćanja je fleksibilna, te se dogovara sa investitorom, po fazama projekta. Gradnja će započeti u proljeće 2024. godine, a završetak se planira za prosinac 2025. godine. Navedeni rok gradnje predviđen je za građevinsko obrtničke radove, dok dokumentacija (etažiranje, uporabna dozvola, energetski certifikat i ostala dokumentacija) može biti poslije rokova, te ovisi o nadležnim tijelima. Kupac sudjeluje u procesu gradnje tako da sam može birati završne materijale za podove, zidove, fasadu, sanitarije.
